How the Round-Out Engine reads your book.
A deterministic system that turns your management system into a weekly decision — not another dashboard you have to interpret.
- 01
It reads the AMS, not a CRM
The book — line of business, premium, carrier — lives in your management system: Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft, NowCerts. Most cross-sell tools only scan a CRM layer you added on top, so they can’t see coverage at all. Vantexio connects to the AMS directly and reads the actual book. It works whether or not you run a separate CRM.
- 02
It ranks the whole book by opportunity
Every mono-line client is a multi-line client you haven’t written yet. The engine scores each account by expected premium — what’s missing, what it’s worth, how likely it rounds out — and ranks them. Your producers start at the top of a list, not at a blank screen.
- 03
Every list is drafted, then human-approved
For each client, it drafts the reason and the pitch — which line to lead with, and why now. Nothing reaches a producer until a person has approved it.
A deterministic core. AI only where it adds precision.
The ranking, the premium math, the book-matching are deterministic — reliable and repeatable, the same inputs giving the same answer every week. AI is used narrowly: to classify and to draft. And every list is human-approved before it moves. That discipline matters in insurance, where a system that invents coverage is an E&O exposure. The reliable parts stay reliable; judgment stays with your people.
What lands on the desk.
One list, every week, ranked. Each line carries the reason, so a producer can pick up the phone without doing the analysis first.

A proven system, deployed bespoke to your agency.
The method is repeatable. The deployment never is. It’s tuned to your exact AMS, your carrier appointments, and the mix of your book — not a template you configure, not one-size software. A system built onto how your agency already runs.
Live on your system in two weeks.
We work with a small number of agencies.
If reading your book that way is worth a conversation, request one.
